Two session formats

1-Hour Session
Focused strategy session covering a single key area of your NHS business.
2-Hour Session
Deep-dive session allowing for a comprehensive discussion. Recommended.
Common questions before you book
It's a first-come first-serve waiting list. When availability comes up, I will instruct my custom-made management tool to release a certain number of places, and those at the top of the list will be contacted with an offer for a session. There is no obligation for you to take that session, but you'll be given a couple of working days to book in. You'll be directed to a payment link initially, and once that's complete, you'll be given a booking link to find an available time over the following weeks. Whilst I'm usually busy, I'll offer these times when availability is decent, but if there are any challenges, you can also contact me so I can see if there are any other dates that I can provide. If you don't take up the offer, you will be given the option to either stay on the list or to be removed from the list, and the session will automagically be offered to somebody else.
